In addition to our first class social events is our passion for providing our members with the most memorable, delicious, creative and satisfying food around. Executive Chef Greg Lenhart and his expert culinary team take pride in the freshness, quality and presentation of the food we serve, making your every dining experience at MGCC one that is second to none. Chef Lenhart, a 1994 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America has been with Manufacturers’ for over four years with prior experience as Executive Chef at Stazi Milano and Robert Ryan Catering as well as working for Susanna Foo as her Head Chef.

 

Lenhart believes food should be prepared with freshness, simplicity and proper technique in mind.  The culinary team at Manufacturers’ furthers Lenhart’s philosophy by providing a diverse menu with an array of Member favorites including weekly specials.  Some of our specials include:

Our In-House Philosophy

MGCC has been making a steady movement to source more local and sustainable ingredients to produce many of our food items in-house. This system not only assures that we are purchasing the freshest and finest ingredients available but simultaneously helping to build and sustain our local farmer’s economy. Many of our items are sourced from local farms and dairies through our broad line distributers. Much of our meat and fish come from local, regional sources and many of our fresh herbs and select vegetables are grown in the Club's garden. Another way we work to ensure quality and freshness of our cuisine is through our very own Pastry Chef, Karin Fitzgerald, who creates and bakes all of our deserts and sweet treats in-house.

 

Our point of practice and primary focus at Manufacturers’ is to continue to explore means of growing, purchasing and producing what we need while delivering the quality and excellence our members expect.
